Giant Popover For Two - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
dash of nutmeg (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
While oven is heating up, place butter in 9-inch skillet or heavy casserole dish and melt in oven until bubbling.
Beat eggs with flour, milk and salt.
Pour into skillet or casserole dish.
Bake for 15 or 20 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
Serves 2.
