Fried Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cut, cooked corn
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. minced green pepper
4 Tbsp. fat
Preparation

Combine corn, salt, pepper and green pepper; cook in fat about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serves 6 to 8.
