Bubble And Squeak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes, boiled in peels
    4 c. blanched, cut up cabbage
    3 slices crisped bacon, chopped
    1 small chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped ham
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Squash potatoes into a large bowl.
    Add rest of ingredients and mix.
    Heat bacon grease or about 4 tablespoons oil in a large skillet.
    Place mixture in skillet and brown to golden on bottom. Use cover.
    Turn over to serve.
