Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. rice
    small chopped onion
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning sauce
    28 oz. Hunt's tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 medium can sauerkraut
Preparation
    Mix ground beef and ingredients for rolls.
    Cook cabbage and separate.
    Roll beef mixture into balls and put into cabbage leaves.
    Mix sauce ingredients all together.
    Layer cabbage rolls, sauerkraut and sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours.
