Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. ground beef
    3 green peppers
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cut green pepper in half.
    Remove seeds and core.
    Place ingredients in a bowl and mix.
    Stuff peppers.
    Place in a baking dish.
    Pour some sauce over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
