Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag (16 oz.) broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 jar (4 oz.) chopped pimento
    1 can (28 oz.) Durkee's fried onion rings
Preparation
    Combine veggies, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can onion rings.
    Pour in casserole.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onion rings and bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
    Makes 6 servings.
