Spicy Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 to 1 onion
1 clove garlic
28 to 30 oz. spaghetti sauce (garden vegetable)
2 c. water
1 c. beef bouillon
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. chopped celery (if desired)
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chili pepper (mild or hot, whatever your preference is)
1 pkg. frozen vegetables
Preparation

Saute beef, onion and garlic, then drain. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour or until vegetables are cooked.
