Chicken Livers And Rice Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken livers
    1 lb. mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth (undiluted)
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1/4 c. dry sherry
Preparation
    Saute chicken livers and mushrooms in butter in a large skillet for 5 to 8 minutes or until livers are brown.
    Remove livers and mushrooms from skillet; set aside.
