Cheese Grits Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. grits
    6 c. water
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    4 eggs, separated
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    few drops of Tabasco
    seasoned salt
Preparation
    Cook grits and water until thick, about 3 to 5 minutes.
    Stir in margarine, grated cheese, salt and seasoning.
    Stir in egg yolks.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Makes 12 servings.
