Cranberry Glaze - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. orange juice, plus grated orange rind (zest)
1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 c. water
Preparation

Mix and cook first 4 ingredients slowly.
Add cornstarch and water.
Cook until thickened.
Add to ham last 30 minutes of baking (Cure 8 or Bryan Centerpiece).
