Taco Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. water
    1 c. white rice (uncooked)
    1 Tbsp. ground cumin
    grated Cheddar cheese
    flour tortillas (optional)
Preparation
    Fry ground beef; drain off grease.
    Add taco seasoning, dry rice, water and seasonings.
    Bring to boil; turn down to lowest setting.
    Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes.
    Add cheese.
    Serve in flour tortillas or plain.
