Christmas Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. hot water
    3/4 c. canned beet juice
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. minced onions
    4 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 c. diced beets
    1/2 c. diced cucumbers
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
    Add all ingredients, except beets and cucumbers; chill until partially set.
    Add the beets and cucumbers; chill in individual molds.
    Serves 8.
