Chicken Liver Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (??? oz.) pkg. chicken livers, cut in half
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook onion in margarine.
    Add chicken livers, undrained mushrooms, salt, pepper and paprika.
    Cover; cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
    Stir frequently.
    Mix flour with sour cream. Stir into liver mixture.
    Heat, but do not boil.
    Serve over hot, cooked rice.
