Holiday Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimientos, chopped
    3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
    Set aside. Combine all ingredients; blend well.
    Fill muffin cups to 3/4 full.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.
    Serve warm.
