Hamburger Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 box frozen vegetables
1/2 stick margarine
6 or 8 potatoes
Preparation

Slice potatoes in baking dish.
Pat out ground beef; place on potatoes, then put vegetables over ground beef.
Put some margarine (1/2 stick) over vegetables and add 1/2 cup of water. Seal with aluminum foil airtight.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
