Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. cubed potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 stick butter
    2 qt. whole milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. flour
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and onions in water until almost tender; drain water.
    Add butter, salt and pepper.
    Mix 1 teaspoon flour with 1/4 cup warm water.
    Add in pan with milk on top of other ingredients.
    Cook to boil, then simmer until thick.
    Serve with bread or crackers of choice.
