Crawfish Fettucine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen crawfish tails with juice
    2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme
    1 tsp. onion powder
    12 oz. fettucine noodles, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. butter
    4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add half and half and water; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and bubbly. Add crawfish, Parmesan cheese and all seasonings; stir well. Toss with fettucine.
