Beef Vinnie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 lb. lean cubed or sirloin round steak
    1 clove chopped garlic or garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. crumbled rosemary leaves
    1/4 tsp. basil leaves
    dash of ground oregano
    1/3 c. Marsala cooking wine
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
    1 green onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Quickly brown cubed or sirloin steak in 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add garlic during last 30 seconds of browning. Add liquid ingredients and seasonings. Simmer 30 minutes. The last 5 minutes, add 1/4 pound fresh sliced mushrooms and garnish with 2 green onions. Serve with side dish of pasta.
    Cover pasta with meat, juices, green onions and mushrooms.
