Cheesecake Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. butter or oleo (better if you use butter)
    1 egg yolk
Preparation
    Crust:
    Combine first 3 ingredients.
    Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
    Add egg yolk and vanilla.
    Blend thoroughly. Pat 1/3 of dough on bottom of 9-inch cheesecake pan.
    (If you use 9-inch spring-form pan, it will leak butter.)
    Remove sides.
    Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for about 8 minutes or until golden brown. Cool, attach sides to bottom and butter.
    Pat remaining dough on sides to height of 1 3/4-inches.
