Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. crushed corn flakes
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine sweet potatoes, 1 tablespoon of butter and brown sugar.
Add salt to taste. Shape into 12 balls.
Combine crushed corn flakes and melted butter in shallow dish.
Roll balls in corn flake mixture.
Place about 2-inches apart in baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Yields 6 servings.
