Hamburger Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. butter or bacon fat, melted
    1 c. tomatoes
    1 c. water
    1 (No. 2) can peas, with liquid
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) bag noodles
Preparation
    Brown
    meat
    in
    butter; add onion, water, tomatoes and salt. Cover;
    simmer
    for
    30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add
    peas and
    noodles;
    cook for 10 minutes, stirring often. More seasoning may be added if desired.
