Sausage Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter or sausage grease
    pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Crumble and brown sausage in heavy frying pan.
    Sprinkle on dry ingredients and let cook slowly for about 30 seconds. Gradually add milk and bring to a slow boil.
    Let boil for 1 minute.
    Serve over canned biscuits.
