Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
3 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 large can corned beef
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. walnuts
1 small onion
3 eggs, hard-cooked
1 c. celery
1 small green pepper
Preparation

Heat 2 cups water to boiling; dissolve Jell-O in it.
Add remaining water.
Pull apart corned beef.
Chop onion, eggs, pepper and celery, fine.
Add to Jell-O.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan, or mold.
Chill.
