French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Morningstar Farms Scramblers
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon (if desired)
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. polyunsaturated margarine
    6 slices bread
Preparation
    Blend Scramblers, sugar, cinnamon and milk in a shallow dish. Heat margarine in skillet until bubbly, but not browned.
    Dip bread in Scramblers mixture, coating both sides thoroughly.
    Fry until golden brown on both sides, turning once.
    Serve hot with syrup and a sprinkle of confectioners sugar.
    Makes 3 servings.
