Easy Puffed Oven Pancake(German Pancake) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
3 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
lemon wedges and powdered sugar
Preparation

Place margarine or butter in a 10 to 12-inch ovenproof skillet. Place in 400\u00b0 oven for 3 to 5 minutes or until margarine or butter melts.
In a bowl, beat eggs with beater. Add flour, milk and salt.
Beat until smooth.
Immediately pour into hot skillet. Bake about 25 minutes or until puffed and well browned. Serve hot with lemon wedges to squeeze and powdered sugar to sprinkle over pancakes.
Also nice with fresh berries or jam. Serves 4 to 6.
