Candied Mint Leaves Or Violets - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
1 Tbsp. orange juice
superfine sugar

Preparation

Beat egg white until frothy and add juice.
Dip or paint leaves or flowers with mixture.
Spoon sugar carefully on flowers. Place on wax paper to dry.
When dry, put in an airtight container.
