Tuna Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Spoon into a greased loaf pan. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven until firm and lightly browned (about 45 minutes).
Unmold and serve hot, plain or with mushroom sauce or chilled and sliced for salad.
Serves 4 to 6.
