Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2/3 c. Crisco oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 jar strained Gerber baby carrots
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat sugar, oil and eggs well.
Add flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
Mix well.
Add jar of carrots.
Mix well.
Add flour, nuts and raisins to mixture.
Mix well.
Grease and flour loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until pick comes out clean. Serve with cream cheese or butter.
