Skillet Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
    1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. green chilies
    8 flour tortillas
    2 1/2 c. sharp cheese
    1/2 c. chopped olives
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion; drain.
    Add soup, enchilada sauce, milk and chilies.
    Reduce heat to 220\u00b0; cover and cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Dip tortilla in oil until limp. Fill with 1/4 cup cheese and olives.
    Bake 5 minutes.
    Garnish with reserved cheese.
