Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, cooked in chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1/4 c. each: chopped celery, chopped onions, chopped dill pickles and chopped olives
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook the rice in chicken broth. Cool slightly. Mix all the ingredients together and pour into salad bowl. Chill and serve.
