Rhubarb Preserves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. diced rhubarb
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    4 c. sugar
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. red gelatin
Preparation
    Place rhubarb, pineapple and sugar in a large saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add gelatin.
    Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
    Pour into hot jars.
    Seal.
