"Miss Leona'S" Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    3/4 c. lukewarm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast (powder)
    1 tsp. sugar (for yeast mixture)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. scalded milk
    6 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    In large mixing cup or small bowl, put yeast into water with 1 teaspoon sugar.
    Let it sit until it rises up in the container. Mix all other ingredients together except flour and let cool. When cooled and yeast has risen, add all mixtures together into large bowl.
    Mix well.
    Add sifted flour and mix well.
    Knead dough down into small ball at least 5 or 6 times.
    (Add a little flour to make kneading easier and not sticky.)
