Cheesy Rotini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. rotini
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1/2 medium or small onion, chopped
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, broken up (undrained)
    4 Tbsp. beef flavored instant bouillon
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. milk
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, divided
Preparation
    Cook rotini.
    In large skillet cook ground beef, green pepper and onions.
    Cook until beef is done; drain grease and add tomatoes, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in milk, 1 cup Ricotta cheese, 1 cup Cheddar cheese and rotini.
    Pour into 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Top with remaining Cheddar cheese.
    Bake covered in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
