Mushroom Deluxe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. chopped chives or spring onions
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. sherry
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
Preparation

Melt butter; as it begins to foam, add mushrooms and salt. Stir constantly for 3 minutes.
Add pepper, sherry and additional butter if needed.
As juice begins to come from mushrooms, remove them to a warm dish.
Add wine to deglaze pan and boil down.
Pour over mushrooms and serve.
