Pineapple Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 1/2 oz.) can water packed tuna
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. nonfat cottage cheese
Preparation

Mix ingredients and chill 4 hours.
Pour mixture into strainer.
Drain off juices and mound tuna mixture onto bed of lettuce.
