Salmon Croquettes Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red salmon
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    onion salt to taste
    flour
    hot vegetable oil
Preparation
    Drain salmon. Remove skin and bones.
    Flake with a fork.
    Add remaining ingredients except flour and oil. Blend well.
    Shape into croquettes and coat with flour. Pan-fry in hot oil, turning only once.
