Quick Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    2 1/2 Tbsp. light margarine
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. fat-free egg substitute
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 c. raisin bread cubes
Preparation
    In a 1-quart saucepan, scald milk with margarine and sugar. In a medium bowl, beat egg substitute slightly.
    Stir in milk combo.
    Stir in vanilla. Add nutmeg and raisins.
