Chocolate Cake Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sour milk
    1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
    2 eggs
    1 overripe banana, mashed
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    teaberry flavoring
    1 c. boiling water
    1 3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine and beat first 6 ingredients; add flour, powder and flavoring and beat.
    Last and most important, combine boiling water and baking soda.
    Mix.
    Pour into batter and beat well.
    Add nuts by hand.
    Batter will be thin.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes (2 round layer pans, bake 30 to 35 minutes).
    Very important:
    Do not overbake.
    Cake will not be as moist.
