Spinach-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated (can use less)
    1 Tbsp. shortening for greasing dish
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add cheese, butter (softened), eggs, milk and spinach.
    Mix well.
    Bake in lightly greased 9 x 9-inch baking dish at 350\u00b0
    for 35 minutes, or until brown on top and mixture is firm.
