Ingredients

1/4 c. jalapeno peppers
3/4 c. bell pepper
1 c. apple cider vinegar
5 c. sugar
6 oz. liquid pectin
green food coloring
Preparation

Chop the jalapeno peppers and dice the bell pepper.
Add vinegar and sugar.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add pectin and coloring. Pour into sterilized jars.
Seal with wax.
