Tangy Chicken And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 skinless/boneless chicken breasts
    1 (12 to 16 oz.) jar medium or hot red salsa
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt and pepper; lightly flour.
    Brown in heavy skillet in a little oil.
    Pour salsa over chicken.
    Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes.
    Place cheese on top.
    Cover until melted, 2 to 3 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
