Rhubarb Custard Pie (2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 lb. rhubarb
Preparation
    Slice rhubarb into 1 inch slices.
    Mix in other ingredients and pour into unbaked shell.
    Top with lattice crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50-60 minutes.
