Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. scalded milk
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated American cheese
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 egg yolks
    3 stiffly beaten egg whites
Preparation
    Combine in double boiler and cook 30 to 45 minutes.
    Place in fondue and use for dip.
