No Bake Cheesecake(Diet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese (lite)
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1/2 pt. water
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat ingredients with mixer; pour into dish or into a graham cracker crumb shell.
    Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving. Garnish top of pie with any fruit flavored pie filling, if desired.
