Shrimp With Pesto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. washed and dried basil
    1 c. washed and dried spinach leaves
    4 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 c. pine nuts (may roast them first)
    1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    salt and pepper
    1/2 to 3/4 c. good olive oil
Preparation
    Put the above into the bowl of a food processor; turn on unit and very slowly add the olive oil through the tube until the mixture is smooth and thick. Refrigerate.
