Swiss Chicken Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 thin slices Swiss cheese (deli)
    4 chicken cutlets
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    fried chicken seasoning
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/3 c. white wine
    2 Tbsp. olive oil or butter
Preparation
    Cut each cheese slice in half.
    Place half on each cutlet. Starting at short end, roll up cutlet tightly.
    Fasten with toothpicks or string.
    On wax paper, combine the flour and seasoning.
    Mix well.
    Add cutlets and coat.
