Easy Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. onion, chopped (I add more)
    2 large zucchini
    1/2 c. bread, torn into small pieces
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 or 2 tomatoes
Preparation
    Saute pepper and onion in butter.
    Mix with the next 3 ingredients.
    Place in casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven; slice tomatoes and layer on top of casserole. Top with grated cheese.
    Bake about 10 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
