California Dip(For Vegetables) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. picante sauce
    2 c. low-fat cottage cheese or low-fat Ricotta
    2 to 3 drops red pepper sauce or to taste
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
Preparation
    Place picante sauce in bottom of blender.
    Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
    Refrigerate a few hours before serving.
