Sausage And Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage, browned and drained
    3 c. cooked grits, slightly cooled
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Place in greased 2-quart casserole and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yield:
    6 to 8 servings.
