Esther'S Cracklin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. corn meal
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cracklings, cut fine
1/4 c. grease (bacon)
Preparation

Mix
together all ingredients.
Make into small patties and place in large greased skillet.
Put lots of grease on top of bread.
Cook
in hot oven at 450\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until brown on top and bottom.
